Govt. of the Punjab decided to cancel / withdraw all type of temporary duties of teaching staff with immediate effect within the jurisdiction of District Education Authorities. In this regard, necessary directions/instructions may please be issued to field formation that the concerned head teachers shall ensure the reliving / joining of temporary attached teachers.
CANCELLATION / WITHDRAWAL OF TEMPORARY DUTIES WHITHIN JURISDICTION OF DISTRICT EDUCATION AUTHORITIES.
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to request you to cancel / withdraw all type of temporary duties of teaching staff with immediate effect within the jurisdiction of District Education Authorities. In this regard, necessary directions/instructions may please be issued to field formation that the concerned head teachers shall ensure the reliving / joining of temporary attached teachers. In case of failing, disciplinary action may be taken accordingly. Moreover, the aforesaid directions/instructions shall not be instigated / applied in Zero /Single teacher schools.
2. In view of above, compliance report may be shared to this office through email id at ddm2.cmmf@gmail.com till tomorrow i.e. 30.03.2024 before closing office hours 03:00 pm
